As you know I'm stillrecovering from a recent car accident. Thank you for your prayers. I'm doingvery well but not quite ready to teach Zumba this week. But I CAN walk! 

Please join me and Kimfor a walk at Rio Del Mar flats this Tuesday and Thursday about  8:25 am. This will be a great opportunity to get toknow each other better as we walk! After our walk you'll get  FREErefreshments/coffee/tea etc. at Full of Beans!!!

Moms with children: I'm sorry, but  we aren't able to offerchildcare for this week, but we'd love to see your children so bring themalong!
